Shawn Durrett
Shawn has been involved in Real Estate Management in the Bryan-College Station market for over 25 years. Her knowledge of the areas rental properties, her focus on the constant changing market demands, and “hands on” style of property management have contributed to the success of United Realty. As co owner and Management Director for the company, she is active in the daily operations concentrating on all current and new property owners, current residents as well as prospective new residents utilizing United’s Free Locator Service and the general overall supervision of the investment properties managed by United Realty.
Oscar Parulian
Oscar has been involved in real estate since 1987. He received his degree in Finance and Marketing from Texas A&M University. He has the knowledge and experience in the real estate investment market in Bryan/College Station. His focus on the investment market helps give a special direction to the United Realty for the constant changing market place. He is involved in the overall management of the company and developing new contacts. He has an understanding of what an investor needs and what their expectations are to achieve the investment goal.
Robert Parulian
Robert received his BBA degree from Texas A&M University in 1995 majoring in Finance with emphasis in Real Estate and his second BBA degree in 1996 majoring in Management and Marketing. He has been involved in Real Estate for over 12 years. As the maintenance director and co-owner of United Realty, he is very involved in the daily operations, specifically in the maintenance area supervising the vendors and suppliers. The resident’s satisfaction on maintenance issues is a very important area of his supervision. He also oversees the preventive maintenance program and the overall condition of the properties on a day to day basis.
